Here’s one I recommend, although not every day, but it will give you a great start to your day

Beauty Grain-Free “Porridge” Brekkie

Sometimes you don’t feel like eggs for breakfast, I get it.

Here’s one I recommend, although not every day, but it will give you a great start to your day

What you need:
  • 2 tablespoons of either finely chopped or ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of ground (by you) golden flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Hydrolysed Collagen (from my online store)
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon (from my online store)
  • Either a cup of almond milk or ½ cup water, ½ cup milk
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

What you do with this:
  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook it gently for a few minutes.
  2. Serve with some xylitol, honey or a mashed banana, berries or whatever you wish.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped nuts, cranberries etc over the top if you wish – hey, it’s your brekkie – do whatever you enjoy!
