What you need:

• 1 cup raw almonds
• 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup macadamia or almond nut butter
• ¼ cup golden or brown flax seeds
• ¼ cup raw honey
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (the real one)
• 1 tablespoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
• pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

 

What you do with this:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Press mixture into an 8 X 8 pan until flat and evenly distributed
3. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
4. Remove from refrigerator and cut into 12 even pieces
5. Serve and enjoy! Makes 12 bars
