Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

These pancakes are absolutely delicious! With pumpkin to add a natural sweetness, and our Sally-Ann Creed® Whey Protein, these may just be the best way to start your weekend! Give them a try.

What you need

  • 2 eggs
  • 120g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Sally-Ann Creed® Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sally-Ann Creed® Baking Powder
  • 3 TBS Sally-Ann Creed® The Best Whey protein – unflavoured
  • 1 cup Sally-Ann Creed® Almond flour
  • Sally-Ann Creed® Coconut oil to cook

Toppings (optional)

  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Raspberries
  • Sally-Ann Creed® Chia seeds
  • Sally-Ann Creed® Honey

Let's cook

  1. Add all your ingredients into a blender, or hand whisk until all ingredients are combined
  2. Heat your pan and add your coconut oil
  3. Use a dessert spoon to spoon out the mixture into the pan
  4. Cook on low heat to ensure the pancakes don’t burn and they cook through
  5. Serve hot and add your toppings
  6. Enjoy!
