Did you know that Ceylon cinnamon is only classified as “Ceylon” when it originates from Sri Lanka, formally known as Ceylon. Our organic cinnamon is sourced from Sri Lanka and is therefore Ceylon cinnamon. Our non-irradiated cinnamon is subject to crop, and is sourced from Malaysia, Indonesia, or Vietnam. It is therefore called Ground Cinnamon.
