Chocolate date balls

What you need

1 cup Sally-Ann Creed Pitted Dates

½ cup Sally-Ann Creed Raw Almonds 

½ cup Sally-Ann Creed Desiccated Coconut 

A crack of Sally-Ann Creed Himalayan Salt 

½ tsp Vanilla Extract 

2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed cocoa powder

2 tsp melted coconut oil – only if the mixture is too dry! 

Desiccated Coconut to decorate



Let's cook

  1. Add a ingredients, except for the coconut oil 
  2. Blend until desired consistency
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add in the melted coconut oil, one teaspoon at a time, as needed. 
  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll or press into balls. 
  5. Roll in desiccated coconut and store in the fridge
