Our body cannot produce vitamin B12 on its own, and we therefore need to obtain it through animal-based foods or from supplementation. Each 5g (teaspoon) contains:

Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: Take 1/4 teaspoon in a water 2-3 times per day
Children 9 years and older: Take 1/4 tsp in water once per day
Do not exceed the recommended dosage

Zinc Picolinate Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Zinc picolinate  110mg
Zinc (elemental)  22mg

Take 1 tablet a day, after a meal or as directed by your healthcare provider
