Old-fashioned, steel-cut, instant, rolled – there are many names and versions of this cereal grain but fundamentally they all have one thing in common, they are derived from oats. When cooked, they make a deliciously hearty breakfast that instantly transports you back to your childhood.
Quick oats are a form of oats that have been cooked for longer before being flaked and dried. What this means is that they cook much quicker – on the stove top or in the microwave – than regular, rolled oats.

Instructions for use:
Stove Top (1 Serving)
Boil 1 cup water or milk on medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup oats. Cook for 1 – 3 minutes, stir occasionally
Microwave (1 Serving)
Combine 1 cup water or milk and 1/2 oats in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, stir occasionally
