I’ve put together the first in a series of courses – this is Module 1 where you will gain a basic understanding of which nutrients you are short of, which foods to eat to address it and which supplements you will find helpful. Please, this is not a vegan/vegetarian course, it is also not highly prescriptive in any way – but a good overall view of this subject. We’ll do ‘deep dives’ into various other conditions with time.
