Our Sally-Ann Creed® Macadamia Nut Oil is sourced locally and is an amazing, low carb, high monosaturated oil that compliments any meal. It is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants and is extracted from macadamia nuts to produce a beautiful clear, to light yellow liquid filled with goodness. Because of its higher smoking point, macadamia nut oil is ideal for sautéing, roasting and grilling.
Not only is it great for consumption, you can also use it as a nourishing hair mask or skin moisturiser too.
