An ideal regular flour substitute, our Sally-Ann Creed® All Purpose Flour is naturally gluten free and is formulated by Sally-Ann herself. Its ingredients include rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, and  xanthan gum, all of which are naturally gluten-free. Use this gluten-free flour mixture in place of any other flour you would normally use to thicken sauces, bake muffins, breads or cakes. It really is an ideal replacement for any ordinary grain-based flour, but without the gluten, gliadin etc.
