CoQ-10 is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like compound that has been shown to contribute to improved heart health; blood sugar regulation; may reduce the symptoms experienced with Fibromyalgia such as joint stiffness, extreme fatigue and migraines, and is recommended to be used with Statins (cholesterol lowering medication), as Statins can lead to secondary CoQ-10 depletion.

As we age, our natural production of CoQ-10 decreases and although we can obtain it from foods such as organ meats (kidney or liver), pork, beef, poultry, fatty fish, legumes, nuts and seeds, supplementation with CoQ-10 may be highly beneficial in the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and Parkinson’s disease.

Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone-1)      150mg

Dosage and directions for use:
Take 1 capsule daily
Suitable for children 6 years and older
Do not exceed the recommended dosage

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Consult your healthcare provider before using this product if you are taking a) Anticoagulants (eg. Warfarin) as the risk of their side effects may be increased or b) Levodopa or Penicillamine as their effectiveness may be decreased.
